The Disinfectant Dive + "Open Chair" Podcast

December 12th, 2025 marks a major milestone for Office Pride’s “Open Chair” Series — and you’re invited to witness it in real time.

For the first time in broadcast history, we’re going LIVE across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube simultaneously — bringing facility leaders,
industry pros, and curious minds together in one unified conversation.

This month, we’re going LIVE from Brentwood, Tennessee, where we’ll dive into a powerful, boots-on-the-ground discussion about the
Top 2026 Pain Points for Facility Directors:
⚠️ Staffing shortages
⚠️ Compliance pressure
⚠️ Rising operational costs
⚠️ The growing demand for true transparency in cleaning performance

And most importantly — how Office Pride’s Technology, Process, and Relationship-Based Account Development are reshaping what reliability
and partnership really look like in the cleaning industry.

At Office Pride, we approach innovation as a discipline, not a trend—one that shapes our daily operations and long-term impact. One of the most cutting-edge tools we’ve introduced is our Touchpoint Verification System, powered by custom QR codes. Whether our team is stepping into a brand-new facility or returning to a familiar one, these codes are helping us stay aligned, accountable, and efficient.

Our QR codes empower frontline employees to meet expectations confidently—without needing constant hands-on oversight. Each scan confirms that tasks are completed to standard, giving team members peace of mind and a clear record of their work. It’s not just about doing the job—it’s about proving it, whether to a manager or a customer.

For managers, the system delivers precise, real-time data that transforms how we coach and support our teams. We’re spotting patterns, identifying strengths, and placing employees in environments where they can thrive. While our work has always been part art and part science, this technology lets us lean into the science without losing the artistry. In fact, it helps us achieve “fine art” more often.

Managers can’t be everywhere every night—but our QR code system can. It helps us investigate customer concerns, reduce redundant task and improve communication across shifts. We can see exactly when a room was cleaned, who completed it, and how long it took. This visibility helps us manage time more effectively and uncover training opportunities based on real performance data.

Customers appreciate transparency. Our system doesn’t just promise results—it proves them. With customizable QR codes, we tailor the experience to both the cleaner and the client, offering just the right level of detail. It’s user-friendly tech that reinforces our reputation for reliability and excellence.

We’re still refining the system, but the early results speak volumes. It’s helping us work smarter, support our teams better, and deliver the kind of service our customers deserve—every single day.

The challenge for Office Pride moving forward is to create buy-in across the board. Change is rarely easy, and for the dozens of employees who have been with us for years and thrived under a more analog system, this can be an intimidating rollout. So how do we make those veteran employees feel excited about all the change and the newness of QR codes and a Touchpoint Verification System? Heck, the words alone can seem scary—even for those already comfortable with smartphones and modern technology.

We’ve implemented a lengthy training process and rolled this out slowly over several months. We’ve held group sessions and one-on-one trainings while encouraging feedback from our frontline cleaners. They are the ones using it, so their thoughts and critiques are vital to our success. We’ve received great interaction and feedback on how we can utilize the system in a customized way for each cleaner and each location.

We also believe in the power of incentives and rewards. To recognize our dedicated employees, we created a 60-day competition around our Touchpoint Verification System. Throughout November and December, all scans will be closely monitored by our management team. Employees who scan every code, every time, will be invited to a Rewards Party in January. The celebration will be held at a beautiful venue called The Hudson in Atlanta, Indiana. We’ll enjoy a nice dinner and give away terrific prizes to the lucky winners—including a paid vacation, 55” televisions, tablets, AirPods, and other fun items.

We’ve also explained to our teams that this initiative will fundamentally change the Office Pride brand. This program helps us become something special—something advanced within our industry. As the perception of Office Pride evolves within the market, it creates benefits across the board, from higher wages to advancement opportunities.

At its core, the Touchpoint Verification System isn’t just about technology—it’s about trust, transparency, and transformation. By embracing QR codes and digital accountability, Office Pride is stepping into a new era of excellence. This system honors the work our teams do every day, making it visible, verifiable, and valued. And while change can be uncomfortable, it also opens doors—to better wages, clearer advancement paths, and a stronger brand that reflects the professionalism we’ve always stood for. With the right training and a values-driven approach, we’re not just rolling out a system—we’re redefining what it means to serve with pride.
